Resource Coordination
Local Support for people with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) or Spinal Cord
Injury (SCI) provided by professional coordinators trained in identifying and
accessing community resources. Resource Coordination also provides assistance
coping with the issues of living with a Traumatic Brain Injury or Spinal Cord
Injury, and helps transition back into family life, school and community. Resource Coordinators
